Terms and Conditions of Use

The Foolproof Coder J2EE full stack code generator, hereafter referred to as the Generator.

Access to Foolproof Coder is solely on the basis of the user defined login and password.

A successfull user registration represents a user account on Foolproof Coder.

Account validity remains even if the subscription is not current. Accounts do not expire, and may create and store application definitions even if the subscription expiry date is in the past. Account validity is not Generator access.

Permission to invoke the Generator is solely determined by the subscription expiry date for the user account. A user account does not grant access to the Generator. A user acount whose subscription expiry date is in the future permits access to the Generator.

A free period of subscription access is granted on account creation.

Subscription expiry can be extended by purchasing an additional subscription period.

Subscription purchases extend the period cumulatively, from the current subscription expiry date or purchase date, whichever is greater.

By using the service on this site, the user confirms that they understand their loss of access to the email account used to register here, means that password reset and account recovery on this site are not possible.

Should the user forget their password and be unable to access their registered email account, then the Foolproof Coding account password cannot be reset, and the Foolproof Coding account is not recoverable. Any remaining subscription period on that Foolproof Coding account cannot be transferred to a new Foolproof Coding account.

Account creation and management is completely automated.

Every user that wishes to use this service must self-register to create their own account. Each account user name is an email address, and the system will not permit two seperate accounts to share one email address. Each registration email address is unique in the system.

The password for an account may be reset by the user at any time.

The password for an account may be recovered by the user. The password recovery page requires the account email address, to which is sent account recovery instruction.

The registered email address will receive instructions to reset the account password in the form of a URL that can be clicked on in the mail client, or if the mail client does not support HTML links, there is a plain text link that can be copied and pasted into a browser.

The link will present the password reset page for the registered email address, and the user may enter a new password for their account.

By using the service on this site, the user confirms that they understand their loss of access to the email account used to register here, means that password reset and account recovery on this site are not possible.

The account recovery process is user intitiated and fully automated.

Foolproof Coding cannot manually intervene for account recovery.

The user must maintain access to their email account, as it is the only way to reset the password for Foolproof Coding access.

Should the user forget their password and be unable to access their registered email account, then the Foolproof Coding account password cannot be reset, and the account is not recoverable. A new account with a different email address must be created.

Foolproof Coding cannot, under any circumstances, manually intervene to restore user access to a Foolproof Coding account.
